Amazing Oscillator Signals
As a rule, in the software, each frame of the histogram, which is located above the previous column, is colored green. And anything below this level will be painted red. This simplifies the work.
Bill Williams identified three signals to buy a call option and three signals to buy a PUT option using the Amazing Oscillator.
Signal “Saucer”
The saucer is the only signal of the indicator to buy a CALL option, which is generated when a column on the chart of an amazing oscillator exceeds the zero line. In order for this signal to be formed, it is necessary to have at least three histogram columns.
A saucer is generated if the graph with columns changes direction from bottom to top, for example, the first value of the column is greater than the second; the second is lower than the first (red column); the third is larger than the second (green column). In this case, all the columns of the oscillator are above the zero line:
Zero Line Crossing Signal
This signal to buy a CALL option is generated if the histogram of the Amazing Oscillator goes from negative to positive values. This happens when the histogram crosses the zero line from bottom to top, its column will always be green:
“Double Peak” signal
This signal to buy a call option is generated when there is a peak on the histogram with the top down (lower low), located between the zero line of the indicator, and then there is another peak, higher than the previous one (negative value, and the lower the absolute value, the closer it is to zero), located at the top down.
The histogram should be below the zero line between the two peaks, if it crosses the zero line between the two peaks, buying a CALL option is invalid.
