- At the same time, the opening price of a large candle is at the level of the minimum, or at the level of the closing price of a small candle.
Buying a PCI option
To buy a PCI option, the following conditions are required:
- The first candle should be either small in size, its shadows are long,
- The second candle is large, overlaps the first candle, the shadows are either short or not; it’s a bearish candle,
- At the same time, the opening price of a large candle is at the level of the minimum, or at the level of the closing price of a small candle.
A candlestick with a long body indicates the presence of a strong momentum in the market, a high probability that the dynamics in this direction will continue. After the “Takeover” has been formed, which meets the conditions for the purchase of CALL and PUT options, you can buy them.
