How to trade according to the strategy
Trading on the strategy lasts throughout the day, using intervals of 4, 9, 16 hours. Before working with it on a real account, we recommend testing it on a demo account.
To enter a trade, it is necessary to observe the opening levels of daily candlesticks. If the opening level of the candle is higher than the opening level of the previous one, we have an uptrend in front of us, you can buy CALL options, if the level is lower and shows a downward movement, you can buy PUT options.
Buying a CALL option
To buy a CALL option, you must wait for the following conditions to be met:
- The price line of the asset was located above the EMA during the previous day, while it never touched it,
- At the end of the trading day, the price became higher than at the beginning.
Buying a PCI option
To buy a PCI option, you must wait for the following conditions to be met:
- The asset price line was below the EMA during the previous day, while it never touched it,
- At the end of the trading day, the price was lower than at the beginning.
The strategy involves working with 3 trades at the same time, starting at 8 am GMT the next day, which follows when the described conditions for buying/selling options were realized.
The first operation is implemented for 4 hours with an expiration at 12:00 GMT, then the second – with an expiration at 15:00 and the third – until the end of the day with an expiration at 0:00 GMT (at the same time we open 3 buy orders: on the first order you need to set a profit – 100 points, stop loss – 50; on the second order, profit – at the top of the previous day, and stop loss: 50 points; on the third order we do not put anything).
Why such a time frame? As you remember, at 8 o’clock GMT, trading begins in Europe, at 12:00 there is a slight rollback in the opposite direction, and from 15:00 hours trading of American investors begins.
By working on a strategy, you can reduce risks, even if one transaction is unsuccessful, the overall result will be positive. Usually, all three operations end profitably for traders.
