Saxo Bank, one of the popular brokers registered in Denmark, has further stabilized, proving its honesty during the Swiss franc crisis in 2015. This fact has already been confirmed by the third authorized body of Denmark, so the broker is now crystal clear.
The Danish Banking Complaints Commission has now been able to officially admit that the company did not commit any violations during the specified period and acted honestly and in accordance with business ethics.
This response was received by the broker’s client, who filed a complaint due to the fact that he was not satisfied with the level of the triggered stop loss. He accused the broker of intentionally causing damage in the amount of 70,000 euros and sued the broker.
Now, once again, the authorities have confirmed that the broker is in no way responsible for the crazy jumps of the Swiss franc at that time, and that the broker worked honestly.
