The Italian regulator Consob (Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa) – The Italian National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange has issued a warning regarding another Forex broker whose integrity is being questioned. It was a Georgian company FXGlory, which provided financial and trading services in Italy without having a license or any authorization.
On the official website of the company (www. fxglory. comand) the address of the company is indicated, from which it follows that the main office of the company is located in Georgia. But in Italy, the company is not registered, it does not have a license and permits for this type of activity.
Thus, it is not safe for investors to work with it.
CONSOB is responsible for regulating the Italian financial market and protecting investors from unsafe transactions. This year, the Italian regulator has already issued a warning to several foreign companies engaged in illegal financial activities in Italy, among them the Georgian Forex broker.
