Blade Runner Reversal Strategy
This strategy is a variation of the Blade Runner strategy. It is based on the use of the Polarity indicator, which is a combination of 20 EMAs and average Bollinger Bands, to search for high-quality signals. If you do not have the Polarity indicator, then use the EMA oscillators and Bollinger Bands instead. Thanks to the strategy, you can trade on a market reversal and earn a good income.
For work, the situations of the price exit from the channel and the trend for a certain time are considered. This movement begins to calm down, goes back, passes through the Polarity indicator before going back.
An example of how the strategy works
Bullish (uptrend)
Let us illustrate this situation. In the image below, the Asian session is shown in blue. The price is gradually falling below a narrow band, after it fell at the daily central turning point (yellow line) in the early stage of the session. Further, the price continued to move downwards, breaking a straight line at the weekly turning point (blue dotted line) before stopping and moving in the opposite direction from a round digit (gray dotted line).
Then the price rises hesitantly once again, before the Asian session is completed, there is a final sharp drop downwards, and the Polarity indicator appears, to the right of the round number. Price moves further away from the round number, and closes on the other side of the Polarity indicator. At this stage, the 20EMA and the middle Bollinger band will intersect, and a signal will be generated for the EMA crossing strategy.
Let’s note two light circles: the first indicates a pattern for a bullish candlestick and represents the first entry signal; The second indicates a further possible entry, based on a bullish candlestick pattern that has closed above the flow spectrum indicated by the white horizontal line.
What is the difference between Blade Runner and Blade Runner Reversal Strategy? In the first case, the line waits for a trend to be confirmed, then bounces off the Polarity indicator in the direction of the trend.
The “Blade Runner Reversal Strategy” comes into play when the trend ends and the price returns in order to close the trend on the other side of the Polarity indicator. Both of these strategies are used to trade in the direction of the trend, which is determined by the valuable closing of a certain side of the Polarity indicator.
Bearish (downtrend)

The chart below shows one of the sides of such trading: bearish trading from the bottom of the Polarity indicator. Here, the upward move is complete, the price headed down to close again below the polarity indicator.
